I have bipolar disorder and when treated I am normal. Every once in awhile my medication needs to be adjusted to my ever changing body. This challenge is going to be a challenge that's for sure. But I welcome it and want to steer my extra energy somewhere where it can benefit me. The kind of disorder I have is a mood disorder or classic bipolar disorder. It's the most predictable. I tend to have a "mood" problem every other summer. Manic being the main mood. After the docs give me an "attitude" adjustment or add another med I usually feel normal again. And at this very moment as I sit writing this I feel NORMAL. But I am Overweight and looking for some encouragement or Motivation. This summer I did go manic so I used the "extra energy" to eat right and move.
